Hygienic diaphragm valves
27 January 2014
The latest addition to Dixon’s valve portfolio is claimed to be the most hygienic designed diaphragm valve available in the market. Designed and manufactured in Germany by SED, Dixon High Purity Diaphragm valves are EHEDG and 3A certified.

Thanks to its innovative Circumferential Defined Sealing Angle (CDSA-Design) between the process diaphragm and valve body, product entrapment is reduced or eliminated on the bonnet flange, and better sealing performance and evenly distributed closing force achieved.
Encapsulated diaphragms and smooth external surfaces free of downward facing assembly bolts further highlight the attention to design with sterile conditions in mind.
