Hosokawa Micron’s service portfolio is designed to meet individual requirements across key mixing, drying, milling, containment etc. equipment to full process line maintenance and covers the company's own equipment and systems and units from many other OEMs – which means one service call from Hosokawa Micron’s experienced engineers to cover your process line, delivering a cost effective and integrated maintenance response.
Companies can also benefit from the company’s trouble shooting service that can flag up potentially catastrophic breakdown or system failure enabling pre-emptive action to be taken to keep production on track, on time and in profit. This service utilises the predictive technologies within Hosokawa’s Performance Improvement Solutions package enabling engineers to identify and monitor individual equipment that might be at risk of serious failure and use accumulated data to develop cost effective preventative maintenance planning to better protect capital assets and ensure production reliability.
Other maintenance options range from preventive maintenance kits for in-house maintenance teams; extensive spare parts stock holding and fast track retrieval systems designed to reduce machine downtime; annual service contracts to cover individual machines or full systems to equipment upgrades that maintain optimum machine performance.
