Water blast solutions

Water blast lines are constantly dragged over the floor and premature wear is a key reason for early replacement. Thus, Gates has included its XtraTuff technology as a standard to the hose product line. This offers an abrasion resistance that is said to be 25 times better than standard cover hose.

The Gates WTB couplings have a long stem and ferrule design which required installation on a skived hose, all with the intention to hold maximum grip on the wire pack over a long distance. 

Advanced process technologies allows to produce the hose in continuous lengths of 60 meters without length tolerance. As water blast cleaners tend to work on large sites such as building sites, ship wharfs and oil rigs, these long lengths provide maximum flexibility and action radius. Drives & Controls. Stand EP20
