MACH 2016 - Cutting into the future
26 November 2014
The Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) reports that more than 17,000m2 of space has already been allotted for MACH 2016, some 15% up on the equivalent stage before MACH 2014.
Following a ballot for space at the exhibition – which will take place from 11th to 15th April 2016 at the NEC, Birmingham – more than 200 companies are already on the floor plans.
James Selka, CE of the MTA, said: "It's fantastic to have so many companies on board some 16 months ahead of MACH 2016. It's a great opportunity to build on success and really broaden the exhibition's reach and scope."
There has been a significant increase in exhibition space taken by companies such as Mazak, Mills CNC, DMG Mori and the ETG Group and the MTA reports that a greater number of smaller companies are committing to the UK Manufacturing Zone.
Airbus is retuning after a successful 2014 event and Siemens Offshore has just signed up for the UK Manufacturing Zone.
James Selka continues: "With more than 23,000 visitors from around the manufacturing world, MACH is the largest industrial exhibition in the UK and the best place to see so much of the latest in manufacturing technology under one roof."
