Mezzanine Floor Cooling
15 January 2015
Due to stratification mezzanine floors are hotter than the rest of the building.
They are often used by people because it is easier to keep loading equipment and large machines on the ground floor area, this often makes the problem worse as the heat made by the equipment rises.
EcoCoolers have been used very successfully for the cooling for the following reasons
- Air flow can be carefully channelled to where it is needed. The cooling of the whole working area is not always necessary.
- EcoCoolers can be used for spot cooling and the carefully sized ventilation system removes the hot air from the Mezzanine area providing a pleasant working environment.
- The installation can be completed at a fraction of the price of air conditioning.
