Care package
25 February 2015
Thermal fluid specialist Global Heat Transfer aims to help companies reduce costs with its newly launched maintenance plan.

Available as three levels of service – Essential, Optimum and Ultimate – Thermocare promotes a proactive approach that the company says could save manufacturers up to 75% on maintenance and energy costs over a five year period.
The maintenance plan is available to new and existing Global Heat Transfer customers and includes services such as 24/7 on-site engineering assistance, regular sample analysis, condition monitoring of heat transfer fluid, system health checks and training.
"Time and again we've seen companies that forget about thermal fluids until they degrade so severely that there is no alternative but to clean, flush and refill the system," explained Clive Jones, managing director of Global Heat Transfer. "Add to this the inevitable expense of downtime and you're looking at significant costs that could have been avoided.
"Thermocare provides the customer with regular system checks devised so that facilities managers, health and safety officers and engineering managers have one less thing to worry about. Our experienced team of engineers will initially audit a system and optimise the condition of the thermal fluid to ensure production is maintained efficiently and effectively. Periodic maintenance, with regular testing and analysis also ensures the system continues to run smoothly."
