Delivering savings on oven-to-shelf trays

As part of its spring promotion Schoeller Allibert is offering discounts on a range of confectionery and bakery oven-to-shelf trays. Customers will receive a discount on orders placed before Friday 18 March.

Designed for hygienic handling of a wide range of baked goods, directly from the oven to cooling rack and through distribution to point-of-sale, the polypropylene stacking trays can be cross-stacked to speed cooling or stagger-stacked to show off the produce within. Using the same tray for all aspects of processing helps speed production and reduces waste by eliminating the need for additional packaging.  

Strong and durable, and with a working temperature range of -30 to +80°C, the trays are available in 22, 32 and 48 litre capacities, with optional lids to protect goods in storage or transit. There is also an optional dolly available for ease and speed of manual handling. The price promotion applies to both solid and ventilated trays and models.  

The trays’ smooth sides are hygienic and easy to clean and they can withstand temperatures to 90°C within industrial washers.
