Integration of welding management software

This change will not have any impact on the current use of WeldEye or Kemppi ARC System 3 (KAS3). The unified WeldEye solution is able to create value by managing all welding procedures, personnel, and documentation. The solution also provides a 360° view to your welding production with 100% weld traceability, production transparency, and WPS compliance control.

Key features include:

•  Welding procedure management, including pWPS, WPQR and WPS templates for worldwide welding standards

•  Personnel and qualification management which keeps track of all personnel and welder qualification certificates

•  Quality management and control: WeldEye verifies the use of WPS with an immediate feedback functionality including welder qualification compliance

•  Welding management functionalities – project and product structure planning, tracking end-to-end production processes from the first weld to quality inspections and final documentation which fully complies with standards. The new functionalities are not automatically available for existing WeldEye or KAS3 users.
