New approach to force and torque testing
17 November 2016
VectorPro Lite is Mecmesin's latest precision data acquisition software that interacts with the company's new series of MultiTestdV force, and VortexdV torque, test stands.

Motor-controlled testing, basic repeatable test routines can now be saved, recalled and uploaded to a test stand. Run from the computer, VectorPro Lite provides data acquisition, real-time graph plotting, adds a wide range of calculations, and passes data and results to export file and report.
When used with Mecmesin-dV family test stands, any test sequence can be stored and uploaded from a single icon, making a test station flexible, simple to operate, and protected from accidental missettings.
VectorPro Lite provides for results storage and calculation, closer graph analysis, and batch processing, and can also be used with Mecmesin digital instruments such as the Advanced Force Gauge, or Tornado closure tester.
The software has a drag-and-drop approach. Test stand operation routines, calculations, test and sample descriptors, report contents and individual operator workspaces are all constructed and maintained very simply and easily.
VectorPro Lite is built around a database core that keeps track of everything, from user permissions to test parameters, from test versions to the results and details of every test. Operating with 15 selectable languages, it enables systems to be used with minimal training for quality checking on the production floor.
