Temporary buildings tool
27 March 2018
With a growing demand from customers for bespoke solutions and customisation, Spaciotempo, the UK temporary buildings provider, is launching a new online modelling software for its temporary buildings.

The configurator will be available to customers from Spaciotempo’s website and will be launched at MACH Show 2018. Aimed at architects, specifiers and end users, they can design their own buildings, customising elements including size, doors, windows and assets.
“We realise that in the construction industry, time is money, and not everybody in knows how a temporary building might turn out. After lots of customer feedback about wanting to design their own temporary building spaces in their own time to check feasibility before exploring further, we’ve come up with the Online Configurator,” said Scott Jameson, Managing Director of Spaciotempo.
“Our highly detailed configurator allows customers to envisage their new building space and will help them with internal sign off. As well as this, they can drill down to the smallest aspects, including doors, windows, lighting, flooring and more, with thousands of other potential configurations available.”
Using a full 3D component-based model via iLogic rules and VBA code, the software will initially launch with Spaciotempo’s leading Neivalu range, with Spaciotempo’s other product lines to follow.
“At Spaciotempo, we want to collaborate with our customers so that they get the best product suited to their needs to help with growth, refurbishment or business continuity,” continued Jameson. “Our Online Configurator can be fully adapted into the project process and once customers are happy with what they want, our experts can then come in to refine the details, making the whole process easy and efficient.”.
