A welcome return

Steve has enjoyed more than 34 years in the welding industry, starting out as a metalsmith/welder with the British Army before moving into technical sales and regional business manager roles for Thermadyne, Victor and Esab for over 22 years, covering the UK/Ireland, Europe, the Middle East and sub-Saharan Africa.

Steve re-joins the Wilkinson Group after 23 years, having worked at Wilkinson Welding as technical sales representative in the early 1990s.

Chairman, Dr John A. Wilkinson OBE, comments: "Steve joins Star at a very exciting time as we see sales growth year-on-year being maintained; over my 48 years in business I have only re-employed a handful of former employees, who I refer to as very special people and Steve undoubtedly fits that criteria.’
