Champion launches new plug-and-play DPP Airstation with integrated dryer
18 September 2026
CHAMPION HAS introduced its new DPP Airstation, a compact, plug-and-play compressed air system comprising an air compressor, desiccant dryer, receiver, oil-water separator and filtration in a small footprint.

The new 2.2 to 3 kW DPP Airstation range is ideal for a wide range of commercial applications where air purity, equipment longevity and ease of maintenance are essential including food and beverage, chemical and electronics manufacturing, dairy farming and laboratories.
Operators typically need to purchase and commission a separate dryer alongside their air compressor. The DPP Airstation is different. Designed for sites needing extra-dry compressed air, the new Airstation has been purpose built for installation where space is at a premium, helping reduce both installation time and costs.
All components are mounted onto an air receiver and incorporated into the footprint of a standard Champion Airstation, already well proven in the industry for its robust and reliable operation, alongside a filtration kit.
The integrated heatless dryer with pressure dew point of -40°C removes 99.8% of water to meet ISO 8573-1 standards and reduces the risk of corrosion and contamination in the compressed air line.
An activated carbon filter further treats the air, delivering oil and odour-free air that is ideal for hygienic applications in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and electronics industry, where risk of contamination could lead to product spoilage.
The food grade lubricant used is non-toxic and meets the NSF H1 international safety standard for lubricants used in food processing environments.
Compressed air condensate management is also compliant to meet local regulations. An oil-water separator ensure that discharge water can be disposed of safely, with best-in-class 5 ppm of oil residual at discharge.
As a complete system, the unit is also fully tested for air leaks. This means that users do not have to carry out further pipework or filter testing and the compressed air station is ready for use as soon as it is plugged in.
All components are assembled into a single, easy-access unit with removable panels, helping to make service and maintenance quick and simple. An integrated electronic controller helps users manage important compressor parameters easily, including pressure, flow rates and running temperatures to name a few.
“Installing a conventional compressed air system can be time and labour intensive. Our Champion DPP Airstation is a true plug-and-play alternative that incorporates all standard elements into a full air solution," said Mariagrazia Panaccio, commercial director at Champion. "The result is a system that is quick and easy to install, that takes up less floorspace and that can deliver very clean and dry air."
