Largest Typhoon order for Hart

Hart will now supply 21 Typhoon shutters for the aircraft recovery equipment store building at Hong Kong International and a further 17 Typhoon shutters for Hong Kong’s Advanced Manufacturing Centre.

John Loftus, Hart’s export manager says, numerically, 38 shutters represents Hart’s largest order. He comments: “The Typhoon shutter is both high security and wind resistant, capable of withstanding the regular Typhoons in the south east part of Asia.

“It includes double skin interlocking galvanised steel sections, an enhanced guide channel with restraining plates, and a heavier gauge curtain with Hart manufactured wind locks. It is perfect for areas subject to high winds and where high security is essential.”
