Mitsubishi Electric enhances its life cycle services portfolio in collaboration with Tekgem UK
05 December 2025
MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC Automation Systems UK has enhanced its life cycle management added value services by adding a range of OT cyber security services in collaboration with Tekgem UK Limited.

"Cyber attacks are on the rise and with pending legislation, such as the Cyber Security and Resilience Bill, expected to be introduced, I would urge organisations to identify their own cyber security weaknesses and put measures in place to bring their risk level down to as low as reasonably practicable," said Chris Evans, strategic development manager at Mitsubishi Electric Automation Systems UK.
"The Bill focuses on the resilience of OT and IT infrastructure to cyber attacks. Our collaboration with Tekgem enables us to provide our customers with OT cyber security services that directly address the requirements of the Bill, enabling them to reduce risk and help meet compliance.
“We are delighted to have Tekgem UK Limited on board and look forward to developing our offering together and helping our customers meet their governance, risk and compliance requirements."
Ian Gemski, MD at Tekgem UK, emphasised that "cyber resilience is absolutely key to securing our critical infrastructure and essential services, whether that is the energy that heats our homes, the water we drink or the food we eat".
"It has never been as important for organisations to manage their cyber risk effectively, in line with stronger legal regulations," he continued.
“With cyber threats growing in both frequency and sophistication, it’s vital that organisations take proactive steps to safeguard their operations. At Tekgem, we believe that effective cyber risk management is not just a regulatory requirement but a fundamental responsibility to society.
“Working together with Mitsubishi Electric Automation Systems UK marks a significant step forward in delivering robust OT cyber security solutions. Together, we are committed to helping organisations not only comply with evolving regulations but also build lasting resilience against cyber threats.”
