Coil Type Steam Boilers
23 April 2025
Multi-pass coil Steam Boilers with in-built combustion air pre-heater to give high operating efficiency, Babcock Wanson’s VAP RR, VAP LN & E-VAP have been designed for simple, reliable, long-life operation.

The VAP series of vertical boilers is available in several models – VAP Standard, VAP Premium, and VAP RR – with steam outputs from 150 to 7000 kg/h produced in as little as 3 minutes from cold. The VAP LN units are also available in horizontal orientation with Babcock Wanson ultra-low NOx burners.
The E-VAP boiler is horizontal in configuration for easy access to all components for both operation and maintenance. It has steam outputs from 1700 to 5700 kg/h produced in 5-15 minutes from cold. It comes with a fully integrated digital control panel, along with auto start and stop plus an option for full sequence control.
