FICEP will be showing some of its
latest CNC machines, including the
Gemini 254 PG, a multi-function
system for profile cutting, drilling,
machining and scribing. It has a
bevelling capability and an advanced
material cutting capability using
HT2000 and HPR260 Hypertherm
plasma systems. The compact
machine can produce economically
and accurately flat metal parts from
plate 5 to 75mm thick in one set-up.
Also on show will be the 601 DE Excalibur 6. The small footprint drilling line has a movable spindle that rapidly travels the entire length of the material and can drill a hole (up to 40mm in diameter) every 5s or 500 holes in just 43min and 26s.
