Demag Cranes & Components has
reinforced its commitment to
quality, health and safety and the
environment with successful
certification under three key industry
standards. Hot on the heels of the
renewal of its ISO 9001 quality
management systems' certificate, it
has received certification to the
environmental standard BS EN ISO
14001 and the health and safety
standard OHSAS 18001.
Demag is one of the first companies within the UK materials handling sector to achieve full integration of these three standards.
The certification follows a period of vigorous self assessment and step-bystep recognition under the LRQA's Progressive Route Into Systems' Management (PRISM).
