TÃœV certification

Rockwell Automation has earned TÃœV certification for the B10d Functional Safety rating on all styles of Allen-Bradley emergency-stop push buttons. This allows users to take the certified safety product data and include these products in calculating the safety level of their entire control safety system.

This helps improve worker safety because designers have greater insight into when components, like e-stop push buttons, will need to be replaced or repaired - to help ensure control safety system reliability.

E-stop buttons are used to cease motion. For example, in an emergency that might escalate into a hazardous situation, an operator can press the button to stop the machine or equipment, preventing further risk to the worker or the system.
