Self-contained oil-free package

Gast Group has extended its Gast and Jun-Air oil-free compressor range with the new iSeries - a compact, self-contained compressed air package that consists of a rocking piston compressor and air receiver. Using fewer moving parts to boost reliability and reduce maintenance, the fully automatic package requires no installation, is designed for continuous operation, and ready to operate straight from the box. It can be placed directly at point-of-use.

The range offers pulse-free airflow rates from 90 to 180m3/h, maximum pressure rating of 7 bar, tank sizes from 4 to 25L and motor outputs from 0.25 to 0.50kW. The iSeries is said to be vibration-free, and operates at 66dB(A) as a free-standing unit.
