New features for CMMS

SoftSols Group has launched a new version of its Agility Computerised Maintenance Management System, which has new features and alerts to help users improve the management of their facilities and maintenance.

Agility 3.4 has a new dashboard layout and new Key Performance Indicators to enable users to focus on the factors which are most critical to their business. It also has features that allow users to configure their own view of the data, all within the same easy-to-use browser based interface as earlier versions of Agility.

Other new features include: Visual KPI Charts - which track labour utilisation, stock levels, planned and reactive maintenance; New Service Level monitoring tools that track response times using real-time logging on PCs or PDAs; New conditional formatting - can be used to highlight data in various colours and give visual prompts Conditional email alerts Improved automatic purchasing; New system health check - gives a quick overview of key parameters, reminds you to back up and confirms that automatic generation of PPM work orders has been activated.
