IRISS has expanded its product line
of Custom Application Products to
include a square infrared window.
Martin Robinson, CEO, comments: "The polymer lens material allows us to manufacture the custom windows our customer need in virtually any shape or size.
This means that for applications where the round IR window is not suitable, customers now have a solution." The company is known for its VPFR round industrial-grade infrared windows which, typically, were no larger than 4in. Now it can manufacture a solution for assets that do not lend themselves to the traditional round windows.
Often, IRISS can take a panel, machine guard or cowling and use it as a template to manufacture not only an IR viewing pane, but also an optical viewing pane.
