ERIKS is to move operations from
two separate centres in Leeds to a
purpose-built 15,000ft2 'superbranch'
in the city, providing customers with
a more integrated and extended
service, and generating new jobs.
ERIKS' Industrial Distribution Service Centre will combine with the company's Electro Mechanical Service Centre at the site in October.
The move will allow the company to expand its wide range of services for the provision and maintenance of machine parts, such as motors, bearings and fans, and to broaden its capability in other areas, for example, in the supply and maintenance of pumps. The latter will include a dedicated pump service, with the new Leeds facility becoming a Core Competence Centre for pump repairs.
