Strapping specialist Mosca Direct has
enhanced its service function to
deliver a faster, more tailored aftersales
service support to customers.
In addition to dedicated service managers for the North and South, supported by six further field engineers, the service offering will include Mosca's Service Spares Pack approach, where a pack of all parts that might be needed for a service visit are sent ahead of the appointment so that the engineer can deal at once with any problem. Customers can choose whether to buy unused parts for later 'wear and tear' replacement.
Mosca has implemented a 20- point service check list so that customers can view work carried out and be alerted to any areas that might need attention at a later visit.
The company has expanded its choice of service contracts and offers a fast response, out-of-hours service.
