The original filter element is the best replacement

Compressed air filters need to be regularly maintained to ensure continued delivery of premier quality air at minimum operational costs.
Effective filtration can provide vital protection for your plant, but is only as good as the filter element inside the filter housing. Ultimately, filter elements must be replaced to maintain air quality and in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendations. Consideration must also be given to system pressure losses, and therefore operating costs, as the cost of a replacement element is usually significantly lower than the energy costs associated with operating filters at high differential pressures.
Often, the users' emphasis is on the cost of maintenance and replacement parts when in reality these costs are insignificant when compared to those associated with high energy consumption, poor quality compressed air and product spoilage, should a filter element fail.
It is therefore imperative that servicing is carried out annually using original parts to further guarantee air quality and therefore protect your production assets.
