System upgrade

04 March 2013

New firmware for the Kistler CoMo Injection cavity pressure monitoring system introduces mould recognition and automatic loading of mould data making mould connection and setting easier and faster during mould changes. New connectors, with mould ID Chips, simplify loading of mould and product data sets and indicate connection errors on the CoMo Injection touch screen display or PC.

Synchronised processing of uniform evaluation objects for pressure monitoring multi-cavity moulds is now easier.

The CoMo Injection output channels for controlling reject gates or removal robots can be easily tested via One Touch check. This ensures the reliable separation of rejects and allows network-based data management.

In combination with the CoMo DataCenter and integral Curve Viewer module, CoMo Injection offers sensor, connection system, process control and monitoring through to process data storage, documentation and analysis.
