Hannover Messe, which takes place from 8th to 12th April 2013, features 11 tradeshows and is headlined Integrated Industry. The event is an opportunity to learn about the latest industrial products, technologies and trends and to keep up with the latest developments in research.

Hannover Messe, which takes place from 8th to 12th April 2013, features 11 tradeshows and is headlined 'Integrated Industry'. The event is an opportunity to learn about the latest industrial products, technologies and trends and to keep up with the latest developments in research.

Industrial Automation: Held across seven exhibition halls, this show encompasses all aspects of process, factory and building automation systems and solutions.

Motion, Drive & Automation: MDA will feature a diverse range of products for electrical and mechanical power transmission, hydraulics and pneumatics.

ComVac: This show is dedicated to solutions for the energy-efficient generation, treatment and distribution of compressed air. The latest servicing and maintenance strategies will be on show, plus systems for simulating compressed air requirements.

Energy: The show profiles all aspects of conventional and renewable energy production and supply - from generation and transmission to distribution and storage.

Wind: This show highlights wind energy plant, services and components. Wind 2013 will feature the 'Offshore Theme Park', which will cluster all of Hannover Messe's offshore wind technology and service displays in one location.

Digital Factory: This is a trade fair for integrated processes and IT solutions. Themes for 2013 include virtual product development, product lifecycle management, manufacturing execution systems and enterprise resource planning.

SurfaceTechnology: SurfaceTechnology showcases industrial coatings and surface finishing, including surface pretreatment solutions, liquid coating technologies and electroplating.

IndustrialGreenTec: Exhibitors will show products, technologies and processes designed to promote ecofriendly and sustainable production.

Themes include environmentallyfriendly waste disposal and recycling.

Industrial Supply: The subcontracting industry provides parts, components, processes, and new materials optimised for their clients' requirements. Many will be at Industrial Supply.

Research & Technology: Here, research institutions, universities and high-tech businesses meet with industrial users and government policy makers to discuss technological innovations needed to enable industry to meet future challenges.

MobiliTec: This hall will feature manufacturers of batteries and hybrid and electric powertrain technologies and providers of alternative mobility solutions.
