Made in the UK by Plastic Extruders, Vynagrip anti-slip matting modules with bevelled edges have been supplied by Japanese distributor AM Products for the cutting operations area at the Sugitani Metal Industry Company, a sub-contractor of a major Japanese car manufacturer that specialises in the production of automotive components.
The combination of metal shavings, cutting oil and water used for cleansing pose underfoot hazards for workers and the matting addresses these problems in one tidy answer. Its deeply etched surface combines durability and high slip resistance, while the open grid surface allows metal shavings to fall through the gaps as well as facilitating drainage. The matting’s PVC composition makes it resistant to oils and other chemicals.
Vynagrip is an industrial grade, heavy duty matting designed for industrial applications. Its surface provides a high R11 slip-resistance rating, when tested to DIN 51130.
