Personnel de-duster
29 April 2014
'JetBlack', the blower powered personnel de-dusting unit from ACI, has been re-modelled, and upgraded. The new unit is more compact yet has a 10% greater air output (2.75 PSIG) without any increase in energy consumption.

These enhanced performance benefits have also been introduced into the portable version of the JetBlack and ACI's self-contained, free-standing personnel de-dusting booth which has vacuum dust draw-down to avoid re-contamination of clothing.
The device delivers a high volume of air at low pressure, so can be used even against exposed skin. It is economical to operate too; operating costs are said to be 90% lower than typical compressed air systems.
The standard hose length with the wall mounted unit is 142cm (56in), and noise levels are still lower than 78db(A). A spare filter is included with each new JetBlack supplied, and the access to the filter is now much easier.
Options for all versions of the JetBlack include a chip guard on the outlet nozzle to comply with the USA's OSHA requirements, and anti-static accessories. Stand T2052
