Campbell Associates supplies noise and vibration monitoring equipment throughout the UK.

• The soundBadge acoustic dosimeter is an uncomplicated, compact and lightweight dosimeter that can be worn by operatives in the workplace. Noise levels are monitored on a clear LCD screen, and recordings are stored 4 times a second, giving a comprehensive picture of sound levels for an entire working day. Measurements can be downloaded to a PC via a mini USB connector. Data processing and accurate noise/time reports are easily generated using the supplied PC software, soundViewer.
• soundEar warning signs are illuminated traffic light system automatically warns employees when hearing protection must be worn in-line with action levels in the Noise at Work Regulations 2005. Alarms can be pre-set at 16 different levels.
• The CVK hand arm & whole body vibration measurement systems have 3 or 6 channel vibration dosimeters built into a safety glove or seat pad, for hand arm and whole body measurements. For accuracy, the gloves allow for in-situ measurements of one or both hands simultaneously. Grip and comfort values can also be measured. Vibration exposure is instantly visible via the wireless LED indicator. The kit features 12h battery life, wireless connection between hands and full post-processing software for simple and accurate assessment. For use in harsh conditions the kit is water resistant as standard. The whole body seat pad is simple to set-up, allows in-situ measurements, it has a wireless LED visual indicator and full post processing software. Both systems conform to ISO 2631-1.
