Temperatures restored
12 December 2015
A major UK producer of yogurt and milk-based drinks turned to Andrews Chiller Hire to help maintain correct temperature in its packaging, storage and distribution areas when ambient temperature started to fluctuate.

In this case failure to maintain a constant 5˚C would prove a financial disaster – for safety reasons product would be destroyed and with no customer deliveries, reputations are at stake.
To resolve the issue a 100kW chiller and a 150kW air handling unit (AHU) were despatched to site from the Andrews Heathrow depot and installed with 24in ducting feeding into the building.
In many installations carried out by Andrews Chiller Hire the air handlers act as the recirculating systems, drawing air from a room, routing to the chiller and returning the air at a much lower temperature.
