New MDs announced

David Hibbett joins as MD for TGW in the UK, from SSI Schaefer, where he was systems group director. His appointment marks an expansion of TGW's UK senior team and strengthens the corporate infrastructure due to continuing business growth and a significant increase in the UK organisation's headcount.

Thomas Karlsson, who was previously global service product manager with Swisslog, will head up TGW's operations in Scandinavia which has grown significantly in the last few years. 

Both men will have responsibility for daily operations, budgets and annual growth plans and will report directly to Andy Smith, CEO for TGW Northern Europe.

Smith says: "We are delighted to welcome David and Thomas to TGW. Both have a profound knowledge of the challenges and the exciting prospects facing the intralogistics market and will have an important role to play in leading our Northern Europe operations to even greater success."
