Compact coolant vacuum system

New from Freddy Products, the Freddy Micro has a compact coolant recycling system with 50L tank capacity and a 37L perforated basket.

Extremely versatile and mobile, the new Micro has dimensions of just 670 by 430 by 980mm (LxWxH). A powerful single phase 2kW motor offers the option of 240V or 110V power source. The motor generates an airflow rate of 3000m3/h with a water in-flow rate of 238L/min and an out-flow rate of 100L/min. The fluid is filtered through a filterbag, available from 1000 down to 5µm to ensure the Freddy Micro captures all contaminants from your machine tool. 

The powerful and efficient motor, the compact lightweight design, and the robust build quality make the Freddy Micro suitable for small businesses and machine shops that only have an occasional demand for coolant filtration. As the smallest vacuum system in the Freddy range the Micro is the most cost-effective unit available as an entry point for customers. The Micro is well suited to companies currently not utilising a fluid recycling system that may be looking to reduce coolant consumption, prolong fluid life, reduce the health risks associated with poor fluid management and even improve machining performance by eradicating the use of rancid coolant. Additional benefits include the potential to significantly reduce expensive fluid disposal costs, improve tool life and remove harmful contaminants that cause bacterial growth in the machine tool.  

The new Freddy Micro is finished with a hard wearing powder coated paint.  This durable paint combines with a robust design and high quality components manufactured in the UK. Complete with a 38mm hose and gulper tool as standard, with the option to upgrade to a 51mm hose if required, as well as a 24 month warranty, the new Micro is a cost effective entry point for coolant recovery.
