Wiping practices improved

The trial was held at Stannah’s Head Office in Andover, where the Resource Rag was tested in the Fabrication, Assembly and Tool Room areas. Previously all had used bags of rags.

Resource Rag was an immediate success, not least because of the contribution they made to Stannah’s belief that it is better to eliminate the need for waste than to spend effort on its safe disposal.

Wastage was halved. Wiper usage was controlled due to the efficient box dispensing. Better, entirely consistent performance meant fewer wipers were needed and the versatility of Resource Rag to deal with a wide range of wiping requirements saved both time and effort.
