The opportunities for positioning, clamping, fabrication, assembly and inspection have been further enhanced with the introduction of the Siegmund range of precision engineered fixture tables and toolsets offered by Surtech.
The range now has a workstation which can start as a simple portable fixture and assembly table, which can evolve into a low cost positioning and inspection system. The workstation top is a precision CNC-machined hardened and tempered flat tool steel plate that can accommodate the complete Siegmund range of positioning and clamping tools.
There is optional tool storage with drawers, a castor base frame for portability and a bench vice for additional clamping, Each workstation can be customer-specific and built for any application.
