IMSS 2025: A Hub for Practical Maintenance Solutions

29 May 2025

The Industrial Maintenance Solutions Summit (IMSS) returns to Coventry's CBS Arena on 16 September 2025. With sponsors including WD40 and ERIKS Industrial Services, the free-to-attend one-day event will bring together leading brands and promises a content-rich agenda led by industry experts

THE INDUSTRIAL Maintenance Solutions Summit (IMSS) is set to return to the CBS Arena in Coventry on 16 September 2025. Following its well-received debut last year, the free-to-attend one-day event continues its mission to provide practical insights and effective solutions for maintenance professionals.

"IMSS once again offers a valuable opportunity for engineers, technicians, and anyone involved in industrial maintenance," said Rachel Godfrey, event director at the Industrial Maintenance Solutions Summit. “Whether you're looking to stay ahead of industry trends, explore cutting-edge tools and technologies, or network with peers, this is the event for you.

"And with a free lunch for attendees, and easy access via an on-site train station and free parking, IMSS is a must-attend event for maintenance professionals," she added.

An Expert-led Agenda

Sponsored by WD40 and produced by the team at Industrial Plant and Equipment magazine, IMSS 2025’s informative content programme is designed to address the day-to-day challenges faced by maintenance personnel in the field.

The Summit’s informative content programme will be delivered by subject matter experts who possess both extensive maintenance knowledge and hands-on experience.

Back by popular demand, UPTIME Consultant MD Andy Gailey will return as one of the speakers at this year’s summit, with his session set to highlight the continuing importance of Reliability Centred Maintenance.

"IMSS is a space for those looking for applicable solutions to meet today’s business needs,” Gailey affirmed.  "It’s nearly 47 years since the seminal Reliability Centred Maintenance report from Nowlan and Heap back in 1978.

"This year, my session will explore where RCM principles can still add value in the context of 2025’s challenges," he explained.

The latest maintenance products and solutions

A number of leading brands have already signed up to present their products and solutions at IMSS 2025, including this year’s Catering Sponsor ERIKS Industrial Services.

Discussing ERIKS’ plans to exhibit at IMSS, chief business development officer Nathan Cutler commented:

"ERIKS Industrial Services is pleased to be one of the sponsors for this year's IMSS. We are looking forward to informing attendees about our new, multi-tiered reliability service which will help companies move forward in their reliability journey as well as speaking with large manufacturers about our out-sourced MRO stores services, OnSite.

"We will also be showcasing our extended SKF partnership so there's plenty of reasons for us to be at IMSS and for people to come and talk to us on our stand," he added.
