Kerf Will Be a Cut Above at Metals Expo
14 July 2025
AT THE UK Metals Expo on the 10-11 September, Kerf Developments will be emphasising why it is the industry-leading manufacturer and supplier of oxy/fuel, plasma, waterjet and fiber laser cutting machines.

With an audience from the metals, manufacturing and construction supply chains descending upon the Birmingham NEC, Kerf will present its latest innovations on Stand H68.
Through 2024 and 2025, the Rochdale manufacturer launched new product lines to offer a more diverse and expansive range of technologies than ever before. These new lines will be presented at the UK Metals Expo. The new technologies will also be complemented with automated cutting and welding solutions from technical partner Lincoln Electric.
Kerf recently launched the new Kerf Ultra, a machine that provides both oxy/fuel and plasma cutting in a single machine solution. This combination machine drastically expands the cutting capabilities, flexibility and processing speed for end users whilst reducing set-up time and material changeovers. For customers of the longstanding industry-leading Kerf models, the new Ultra will be a technological leap forward that marks the arrival of the next generation of profile cutting technology. At the UK Metals Expo, both visitors and exhibitors will have an opportunity to learn more about this new machine technology that is making waves in the sheet metal cutting industry.
Another innovation from Kerf is the impressive Lincoln Electric LINC-CUT Fiber Laser cutting system. As a machine developed and engineered in Europe, the LINC-CUT Fiber Laser has the quality, prestige, technology and productivity expected from the world’s most extensive metal welding and cutting brand. When this is combined with the unparalleled level of service and support from expert engineers based across the UK, this is the difference with Kerf, and it's why you should visit Stand H68 at the UK Metals Expo.
