Wireless vibration monitoring
23 June 2020
Enhancing machine health and aiding predictive maintenance, the Echo Wireless Vibration Monitoring System from PCB Piezotronics can look at the machine’s health several times per day and provides notification when warning or critical levels are reached. This frees up technical experts, like certified vibration analysts, for higher value tasks such as fault inspection.
The Echo® Wireless Vibration Sensor and the EchoPlus® Wireless Junction Box make the set of overall vibration measurements that provide early warning of most common machine faults. Using an adjustable vibration threshold, Echo® detects if the machine is running. If not the sensor will skip a planned measurement to safe battery power.
Highlights:
- Fault detection for unbalance, misalignment, broken rotor etc.
- Wireless Junction Box for ICP®/IEPE-Accelerometers
- Wireless Vibration sensor
- Stores data in ODBC format
- Easily integrates with legacy vibration monitoring systems
