Tailored CMMS

When Stagecoach took over the contract to run Greater Manchester's light rail network Metrolink, it adopted Agility from SoftSols Group to manage its maintenance operation.

Agility is a browser based computerised maintenance management system (CMMS). It is designed to manage breakdown and preventative maintenance work orders, encompassing associated spare parts and resources, for manufacturing businesses.

Stagecoach uses the CMMS tool to manage and measure the condition of assets and produce performance information to make effective business decisions. The internet/ intranet portal gives all staff easy access to operational information in order to make informed decisions quickly, based upon up-to-theminute intelligence.
