Four events: One venue

With hundreds of new products, an informative conference programme and daily schedules of authoritative seminars and presentations, the scene is set for this year's MTEC and Midlands Design & Manufacturing exhibitions and colocated shows to be a one-stop shop for the 'best of British high-technology, high-tolerance manufacturing
The series of co-located events which
will take place at the NEC,
Birmingham on Wednesday 23rd
and Thursday 24th May promises to
provide UK engineers from across all
industry sectors and from
companies of every size, with
a plethora of new products
and updates from
throughout the
manufacturing chain - from
design and development
through to production and
into packaging and
despatch.
James Meire, UBM Canon's event manager, says: "Together in one place and under one roof, some of the best of British manufacturing will be on display, demonstrated and discussed to bring manufacturing professionals completely up to date in every discipline they need to retain their competitive edge." The events are: Midlands Design & Manufacturing - an event for the British manufacturing sector Mtec, Sensors, Measurement & Instrumentation. Companies will be showcasing the latest in control, instrumentation, sensor and measurement technology. The event is supported by the Institute of Measurement & Control and there will be a co-located conference programme.
MEDTEC UK exhibition. This will be accompanied by a conference that will target medical device design and development best practice.

James Meire continues: "Britain's manufacturing companies continue to stake their claim for global recognition in terms of their ability to design and develop groundbreaking products, as well as performing value-for-money production routines. This year's exhibitions will showcase many best-in-class examples of this.
