As part of its year of safety, Taking
Care with Toyota, Toyota Material
Handling UK has announced that it
will sponsor the Fork Lift Truck
Association's National Fork Truck
Safety Conference, which will take
place at Warwick University on
Wednesday 26th September 2012.
The decision to sponsor the Safety Conference was a natural choice for the company, a two-time recipient of the FLTA Award for Safety. Toyota's operations director Tony Wallis said: "It is a fantastic event every year and this year in particular we believe it is perfectly placed to tie in with our year of safety. Our 'Taking Care with Toyota' campaign builds on our previous safety activities to highlight best practice through initiatives and events for customers and prospects, as well as our own team - all of which are designed to help reduce accidents and injuries in the workplace." Representatives from Toyota will be on hand throughout the Safety Conference to provide delegates with expert advice and will also host a best practice seminar.
