Zero air loss

ZLD condensate drains from Hi-line Industries are designed to eliminate accumulated contaminants from pressurised air systems. They have a level control which ensures zero air loss during the condensate discharge process which is via diaphragm valve.

ZLD condensate drains from Hi-line Industries are designed to eliminate accumulated contaminants from pressurised air systems. They have a level control which ensures zero air loss during the condensate discharge process which is via diaphragm valve.
The ZLD series incorporates a large cross-section diaphragm valve to flush out condensate under the faultfree operation of the valve. At the same time, condensate is prevented from forming an emulsion. A voltfree alarm contact monitors the condensate drainage process.
Four models are available, suitable for use with airline pressures to 16 bar, in a temperature range 1 - 60°C. They are suitable for compressor aftercoolers, refrigeration dryers and airline filter units, with throughput capacities from 180 to 95000m3/h.
A wear-free magnetic core is used for level control and achieves optimised and loss-free discharge of condensate, while an integrated dirtscreen between level measurement and drain valve protects the diaphragm valve with alarm monitoring.
