Modular EUSAS motor
06 December 2013
WEG and its subsidiary Watt Drive have launched the modular EUSAS (Europe, USA and Asia) motor which will be available as an integral motor for gearboxes and as a standard induction motor with mounting positions B3, B4 and B14.

The motors are initially available in two-, four- and six-pole versions with IEC 63 to IEC 160 frame sizes and power ratings from 0,12 to 18.5 kW. Frame sizes from 180 to 315 will follow. The EUSAS motor combines energy-efficient WEG motor technology with Watt Drive’s tried and tested MAS modular gear unit system.
