Maintaining temperatures
09 January 2014
The automatic high-speed ‘Speedor Mini’pictured was one of two such doors supplied and installed in just two weeks by Hart Door Systems at the Barnsley site of Cranswick Foods, one of Yorkshire’s largest cooked meats suppliers.

The doors assist in the maintenance of temperatures and hygiene in specific zones while allowing operatives regular passage through the openings.
Working through Central Insulations, Hart designed and manufactured the high speed doors, incorporating purpose-made stainless steel components, large push button operating devices and a food industry standard blue curtain to replace manually operated sliding doors
The order was placed on condition that the doors were supplied and installed in just two weeks – a deadline met by the co-ordinated efforts of Hart’s sales, contracts and production teams.
