Precision Technologies Group company, Holroyd Precision Components, has extended its capacity for CNC helical and rotor milling and grinding, as well as CNC turning, to allow a wider range of businesses to benefit from its expertise.
Colin Carr, MD, says: "Our growing in-house requirement for precision screw and rotor prototyping and manufacturing necessitated the investment in further CNC manufacturing technologies. We, decided to further expand our capabilities to offer high quality services to organisations that may have previously thought we were beyond their reach.

Services include: General CNC helical milling and grinding; CNC cylindrical grinding and turning; screw and rotor prototyping; component design and optimisation; small-scale to volume production; and all types of helical forms, rotors, superchargers, blowers, pump and vacuum screws.
