Combination sweeper-scrubber
18 June 2014
Available from the Nilfisk Group, the CS7000 combination sweeper-scrubber is available in three models: The LPG-Hybrid and ePower Battery versions are designed for indoor use whilst the Diesel-Hybrid engine driven machine is suitable for outdoor specification.

A special feature of the CS7000 is a hot water scrubbing facility for cleaning highly soiled areas. Water is heated to 55° and can be used with or without concentrated chemical as required.
The CS7000 utilises state of the art electric drive technology enabling reduced emissions with the LPG and diesel models and emission-free indoor operation with the E Power technology on the battery models. The electric Hybrid technology means that the engine drives a large alternator to generate electricity and a 36V battery pack provides energy storage. This Hybrid system is said to provide for a fuel saving of up to 30%.
Features include:
• 1540 mm sweeping path, 1245 mm scrub width
• One touch scrub and sweep functionality from the dashboard
• Up to 182kg of brush pressure for tough applications
• 284L solution and recovery tanks
• Wash hose kit provides for easy cleaning of recovery tank
• High pressure washer
• No tools replacement of consumable parts
• Ecological option of the Ecoflex system
• Side skirts can be raised for double scrubbing
• 5.4h run time on the ePower battery version
• Optional dustguard system
Another innovative feature of the CS7000 is the elimination of large hydraulic reservoirs, filters and oil coolers as well as 98% of leak prone hydraulic hoses, pumps, motors and valves. The hydraulic functions are replaced by intelligently controlled electric drives resulting in fewer components and decreased maintenance costs.
Site surveys, equipment demonstrations, joint client meetings and after sales back up are all directly available in the Irish Market. Nilfisk’s business in Ireland is managed by David Jordan from Co. Meath.
