Tank-mounted pumps

All pumps incorporate an integral tank for the descaling chemical, with the pump components contained within the tank. The drive motor is mounted on top of the unit, obviating the need for any mechanical seals.  

A special flow reverser device on the pumps enables the direction of circulation to be instantly reversed, giving speedy, effective cleaning.

Pumps can handle strong acids, alkalis and detergents, and are built for a long, maintenance free life.

Kamco manufactures a range of inhibited descaling chemicals which change colour when exhausted or neutralised.

Scalebreaker pumps  incorporate  a fresh water flushing facility so that equipment can  be easily flushed after the cleaning process, and used chemicals discharged to waste.

All units are designed for portability, and incorporate wheels, so that they may be easily transported by one person,  even when access is difficult. A range of flow rates and pressures allow descaling/cleaning of plate heat exchangers up to an internal volume of 2000+ litres.
