Fast response flow switch
26 January 2015
For applications where a critical flow needs to be signalled rapidly to avoid serious consequences to downstream equipment, ifm electronic has released new versions of the SBY range.

Following the binary output devices capable of detecting a presence or loss of a flow within less than 0.01 seconds, ifm has launched the SBY433 and SBY434 which provide the same fast response, but with a 4 to 20 mA analogue signal.
The setting range of the SBY433 covers 1 to 25 litres/minute, while the SBY434 can be set between 2 and 50 litres/minute, in each case with minimal pressure loss.
