Heavy duty conveyor

Plastic modular belting is an alternative to conventional roller conveyor and provides solid support for transportation, improving the stacks stability. 

The heavy duty conveyor side frames are constructed from powder coated mild steel or stainless steel to give a solid and robust structure. The frame has a low profile to ensure that the height of the conveyor was compatible with an existing trolley car and downstream equipment.

The heavy duty modular belt is blue with yellow inserts on the edge to easily identify when the conveyor is moving.

The conveyor is powered by geared motor unit with inverter control to ensure a smooth movement of loads is achieved and is said to significantly decrease stack distortion.
