Large frame strapper
27 June 2016
Mosca has introduced a large frame version of its top-selling RO-M Fusion strapping machine, specifically developed for the corrugated industry.

The new addition combines the larger dimensions required for bulkier product loads with solid design, reliability and simple operation of the RO-M Fusion range. Like the other models, it incorporates Mosca’s tried and trusted Standard-3 sealing head and offers straightforward maintenance.
For operator ease-of-use, bundles can be positioned manually onto the table plate and a pedal or a push button activates the simple strapping process. In addition, the machine features a potentiometer that allows the operator to easily adjust strap tension. Depending on the size of the bundle, the machine achieves a rate of up to 55 straps per minute with a strap width of 5mm.
Other user-friendly features include a turntable control panel and an infeed system that simplifies changing strap coils by using an easily accessible spool.
“This large frame RO-M fusion is set to be next success story in Mosca’s range of reliable strapping machines tailored to the corrugated industry,” comments Mosca Direct’s managing director Gaye Tate. “As with all our new product development work, we have paid special attention to the requirements of the market to develop a solution tailored to end-users’ needs.”
Mosca RO-M Fusion machines have enjoyed continuing success in a variety of markets including wholesalers, distribution centres and logistics companies. They fit easily into existing lines to replace old machines or as part of a new project to improve throughput due to their speed and efficiency.
The RO-M Fusion models are part of a vast range of automatic, semi automatic and fully automated top-of-the-range strapping machines, available in the UK from Mosca Direct. The company provides comprehensive sales and service support for Mosca equipment and strapping throughout the UK and Ireland.
