System health check

It is not necessary to have an Agility system to benefit from the Health Check; if you have a different system in place, the check will still provide suggested improvements and best practice operational advice.

As part of the Health Check, SoftSols will identify and score each of the following areas: Production efficiency, labour, efficiency, stock and purchasing efficiency, cost management, compliance, and customer satisfaction. It will also identify areas of inefficiency or challenges that the company might be facing.
